If the temperature inside of your apartment is below 68 degrees when it is below 55 degrees outside between 6 am and 10pm OR the temperature inside of your apartment is below 62 degrees between 10 pm and 6 am, please file a new complaint with 311, using 311ONLINE or 311MOBILE.
